ENDURO Pouch Pro - Stand Up Pouch Filling and Sealing
Automate your packaging line with our Enduro Pouch Pro. This innovative pouch filling and sealing machine automatically opens the pouches, holds the pouch in place while it is being filled and then seals the pouch all in one operation.
Some of the pouches this machine can be used in conjunction with is Stand-Up Pouches, Zip-lock Pouches, Gusseted Pouches and Pillow packs.

Machine specifications:
- The machine has an adjustable cartridge, holding up to 300 empty pouches.
- The pouches are automatically transferred to the machine and are firmly gripped with our‘posi-hold’ system.
- Bags are opened using vacuum and pneumatic actuators.
- The product/s are fed through the in-feed chute.
- Upon detection of the bag the chute dives into the bag and opens its gate.
- Product is deposited directly into the pouch – preventing spilling.
- Pouches are then sealed in place using constant heat sealbars – preventing wrinkling or nonaligned seals.
- Machine controls are fully solid state, utilising a PLC and pneumatic.
- Ideal for nuts, coffee, fruit, free-flowing frozen foods, biscuits, cereal, sugar, candy and fasteners.
